(Interesting side note..I do not have a new *love* in my life..but I do have a renewed *Love* in my heart..a fresh, new, overflowing abundance of Love– of this world and all that is in it..I allowed my heart to remain open through some pretty overwhelming external circumstances..and magic has been placed in my life in places I could never have imagined..Amazing!

Joy! This is a powerfully inspirational post that I wish I could infuse into the hearts and minds of everyone I love that they may LIVE it, breathe it, and BE it each and every day.
We are whatever we make up our minds to be. As you say so beautifully, we can grow the good! We choose what we focus on. Do we see the good, or do we only see the struggle? If we do see the good can we focus our energies on it long enough, that it’s allowed to cultivate into MORE good? Where do we spend our energies? Where do our minds wander to and where do they linger?
In those places, that’s where we find ourselves, HOWEVER we find ourselves.
I choose to grow the good! I see what’s beautiful, magical, possible, romantic, effortless, fun and fulfilling in my life and I GROW THAT!
When my focus shifts to what’s “not right,” I may stay there a bit longer than necessary, but then I set my intentions that someone (maybe me?) reminds me of my power to choose a different thought; grow the good; be whoever and whatever I choose to be.
So much love to you, wonderful friend! And all that your heart desires… !

When my Cause is Love, my Effect is Love.
When I think and feel love, I grow more of it! I overflow with it…my cup slosheth over 🙂

I just realized I was harboring a tightness in my tummy, not letting my high energy flow.
Worrying.
And why worry?
Worry is not me.
Or you.
Worry is fear.

I release worry, but fear..fear can be my friend and motivator when I allow it to be..brings me right out of my comfort zone into some pretty fantastic experience..each and every time..
I’m learning new dance steps..bet you are too:) actually, you know what? I’m listening to new music..the new dance steps naturally follow….
